Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using LifePilot AI. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the LifePilot AI platform, website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LifePilot AI (“LifePilot AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include both you individually and that entity.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2.Description of Service

- AI Phone Calling: Automated outbound phone calls made on your behalf using AI-powered voice technology, including the ability to navigate interactive voice response (IVR) menus, wait on hold, and communicate with third-party representatives.
- AI Chat Assistant: A conversational AI interface for task creation, information retrieval, and life administration support.
- Task Management: Intelligent tools for creating, organizing, prioritizing, and tracking personal and professional tasks.
- Financial Monitoring: Features to track bills, subscriptions, potential savings, and financial activities based on data you provide.
- WhatsApp & Meta Integrations: Connections to WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger to centralize communications.
- Business Workspace Tools: Multi-user workspace features, organization management, and administrator controls for business customers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3.Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service under any circumstances.
3.2 Accurate Information
When creating your account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. LifePilot AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@lifepilotai.co of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. LifePilot AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, billing limitations, or free trial terms is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
4.Business Accounts & Workspace Administrators
4.1 Workspace Administrator Role
Business and organization accounts designate one or more Workspace Administrators (“Admins”). Admins have elevated permissions including the ability to invite and remove users, configure workspace settings, access organization-wide data, and manage billing. By accepting the Admin role, you agree to exercise these permissions responsibly and in compliance with these Terms.
4.2 Responsibility for Invited Users
Admins are responsible for ensuring that all users they invite to the workspace comply with these Terms. Any violation of these Terms by an invited user may be attributed to the Admin and the organization, and LifePilot AI may hold the organization accountable accordingly.
4.3 Organizational Data Ownership
Data created within a business workspace — including call records, tasks, and communications — belongs to the organization, not to individual workspace members. Upon a user's removal from a workspace, the organization retains access to all data that user created within that workspace. Individual users should not use organizational workspaces for purely personal data they expect to retain independently.
5.Subscriptions & Billing
5.1 Subscription Tiers
LifePilot AI offers multiple subscription tiers, including free trial and paid plans, with varying feature sets and usage limits. Current plan details, features, and pricing are published on our website and may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 5.6.
5.2 Billing Cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at the time of purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the beginning of each annual term. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
5.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing a payment method, you authorize LifePilot AI and Stripe to charge that method for all applicable fees. Your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and is not stored on LifePilot AI servers. You agree to Stripe's Services Agreement as a condition of using payment features.
5.5 Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated herein. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@lifepilotai.co within 30 days of the charge. We will review the claim in good faith and may issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided upon cancellation.
5.6 Price Changes
LifePilot AI reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated price. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
6.Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted Uses
You may use the Service for lawful personal, business, or organizational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a manner that respects the rights of others, complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and does not interfere with the integrity or operation of the platform.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Illegal content or conduct: Using the Service to transmit, store, or generate content that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including laws governing privacy, consumer protection, export control, and anti-spam regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
- Spam and unsolicited communications: Initiating AI phone calls, sending messages, or otherwise communicating with individuals without their prior consent; using the Service to send bulk unsolicited commercial communications.
- Harassment and abuse: Engaging in conduct that harasses, intimidates, threatens, or demeans any person; using the Service to make threatening, abusive, or offensive calls or messages.
- Impersonation: Impersonating any person, organization, or entity, including LifePilot AI, its employees, or other users, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
- Circumventing security: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; bypassing any authentication or access control measures; introducing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
- Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Service or any component thereof.
- Unauthorized resale: Sublicensing, selling, reselling, renting, leasing, or otherwise commercializing access to the Service without our prior written authorization.
- Data scraping: Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is expressly permitted by our API documentation.
- Interference: Overloading, disrupting, or impairing the proper functioning of the Service or servers and networks connected to it.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
7.Communication Services
A core feature of LifePilot AI is the ability to initiate AI-powered outbound phone calls on your behalf. By using our calling features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
7.1 Authorization for Outbound Calls
You are solely responsible for authorizing every outbound call initiated through the Service. By instructing LifePilot AI to place a call, you represent that you have the right to contact the called party and that doing so complies with all applicable laws. LifePilot AI acts as your agent in placing calls and does not independently verify the appropriateness of each call.
7.2 Call Recording Compliance
LifePilot AI may record calls for transcription and summary purposes. Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction; in many U.S. states and international jurisdictions, you must obtain the consent of all parties before recording a call. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of any party you call. LifePilot AI provides a disclosure capability within the platform but cannot guarantee that such disclosures satisfy the legal requirements in every jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify LifePilot AI for any claims arising from your failure to obtain legally required consent.
7.3 TCPA and Anti-Spam Compliance
To the extent you use the Service to make calls to consumers in the United States, you agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, including obtaining any required prior express written consent before initiating calls using automated or AI-generated voice technology.
7.4 No Emergency Services
The Service is not intended for use in emergency situations. Do not use the Service to contact emergency services (e.g., 911, 999, 112). LifePilot AI does not provide access to emergency calling services and disclaims any liability for your inability to reach emergency services through the platform.
8.WhatsApp Business Integration
LifePilot AI offers integration with WhatsApp Business APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). By enabling this integration, you agree to the following:
- Your use of WhatsApp through LifePilot AI is subject to WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp's Acceptable Use Policy.
- You must comply with all WhatsApp messaging policies, including restrictions on promotional messaging, opt-in and opt-out requirements, and content guidelines.
- LifePilot AI is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp Inc.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our platform complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations applicable to your users and their communications.
- LifePilot AI may be required to suspend your WhatsApp integration if Meta revokes or restricts our API access, and we will not be liable for any resulting service interruption.
9.Meta Platform Integrations
LifePilot AI enables connections to Meta Platform services including Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger (collectively, “Meta Services”). By connecting your Meta accounts, you agree to the following:
- Your use of Meta Services through LifePilot AI is governed by Meta's Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, and Meta's Developer Policies.
- With respect to data received from your connected Meta accounts, LifePilot AI acts as a data processor on your behalf. We process such data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
- You are the data controller for any personal data of third parties (e.g., customers, contacts, followers) that flows into LifePilot AI through Meta integrations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis under applicable data protection law to process that data.
- LifePilot AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
- We may be required to suspend Meta integrations if Meta modifies or revokes our API access, and we will not be liable for any resulting interruption.
10.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
LifePilot AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate content, summaries, recommendations, and responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Not professional advice: AI-generated outputs are for informational and convenience purposes only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, tax advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional or licensed advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated content.
- No guarantee of accuracy: AI systems can make errors, produce incomplete information, or generate outdated content. LifePilot AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content.
- User responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it, including confirming any information obtained through AI-placed calls with the relevant party directly.
- Third-party actions: LifePilot AI is not responsible for the actions, statements, or commitments made by third parties during AI-facilitated calls or communications.
11.Intellectual Property
11.1 LifePilot AI Ownership
LifePilot AI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, databases, user interfaces, documentation, branding, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights embodied therein. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
11.2 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you submit, upload, or create through the Service (“Your Data”). LifePilot AI does not claim any ownership over Your Data.
11.3 License Grant to LifePilot AI
By submitting or uploading Your Data to the Service, you grant LifePilot AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, use, process, copy, transmit, store, and display Your Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you, to improve and maintain the Service, to comply with applicable law, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. This license terminates when you delete Your Data or close your account, subject to our data retention policies.
11.4 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
12.Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, available at lifepilotai.co/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
If you wish to request deletion of your personal data, please visit our Data Deletion page or contact us at legal@lifepilotai.co.
13.Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and depends upon a variety of third-party services, platforms, APIs, and data providers, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Telnyx (telephony), Meta (social integrations), OpenAI and other AI providers (language and voice models), and cloud infrastructure providers.
You acknowledge that:
- Your use of third-party services accessed through LifePilot AI is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those respective third parties. We encourage you to review those policies.
- LifePilot AI is not responsible for and does not control the conduct, content, availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services.
- Third-party services may be unavailable, modified, or discontinued at any time, which may affect the availability of certain Service features. LifePilot AI will not be liable for disruptions caused by third-party service changes or outages.
- Links or connections to third-party services do not constitute our endorsement of those services.
14.Disclaimers
Read carefully

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15.Limitation of Liability
Read carefully
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIFEPILOT AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content or the conduct of third parties during AI-facilitated calls.
- Damages arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF LIFEPILOT AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ANY EVENT, LIFEPILOT AI'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIFEPILOT AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifePilot AI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Any outbound calls you authorize through the Service, including violations of the TCPA, applicable call recording laws, or other communication regulations.
- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights.
- Any content or data you submit to the Service that infringes, misappropriates, or violates third-party rights.
LifePilot AI reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims and not to settle any claim without our prior written consent.
17.Account Termination
17.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or by contacting support@lifepilotai.co. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
17.2 Suspension or Termination by LifePilot AI
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your use of the Service poses a legal, reputational, or security risk to LifePilot AI or any third party.
- You have failed to pay applicable fees.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Where feasible, we will attempt to notify you before suspension or termination and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation.
17.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain prior to termination. LifePilot AI will not be liable to you for any loss of data resulting from account termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution — will survive termination.
18.Dispute Resolution
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@lifepilotai.co and describing your claim in detail. We will endeavor to respond within 30 days and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days of your initial notice, either party may proceed to formal proceedings.
18.3 Binding Arbitration
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court and except as provided in Section 18.5, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules or Commercial Arbitration Rules, as applicable. The arbitration will be conducted in English in Wilmington, Delaware, or by remote means if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
18.4 Class Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND LIFEPILOT AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
18.5 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, confidential information, or security obligations.
19.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service.
For non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required by law), we may update these Terms without advance notice by updating the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
